Duties and Responsibilities Include: recruiting/interviewing, training and motivating, closing for entry-level salespersons tracking team performance, providing positive feedback and recognition The Sales Team Leader ensures that the team reaches set sales volume goals and make sure the sales team members and customers are happy. Candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and people skills, and be professional. Proficient in the use of Internet and PC Applications, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior sales experience required.
