5. You recieve a closing package which includes the following documents:
   
   
   • An original copy of the Promissory Note, our promise in writing to pay you back with interest.
   • A copy of the recorded mortgage
   • A Fire Insurance endorsement naming you as the mortgage - you are protected even if the house burns down!
     
   • Title Insurance
     
     
6. We do all of the work. You don't lift a finger. Your money works for you.
